DMU is seeking a Regional Simulation Center Coordinator, responsible for simulation scheduling and administrative support functions of the Regional Simulation Center. Works with all members of the Simulation Center to ensure essential administrative duties are performed allowing efficient operation of the Simulation Center.
What you’ll do:
- Works with the Director of the Simulation Center to ensure the daily administrative management of the Simulation Center is completed in support of efficient operations.
- Maintain the Simulation Center scheduling process for all programs, including management of all Simulation Center event calendars.
- Maintain appointments, meetings, schedules, for Simulation Center Director and other Simulation Center faculty/staff as needed.
- Prepare simulation activity schedules and assignments including room assignments. Send out completed schedules to the appropriate corresponding department, faculty, or staff.
- Receives and manages scheduling requests from community partners. Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts as necessary.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum high school degree or equivalent; Associates desirable; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three years secretarial/administrative support experience at an upper administrative level required.
- Intermediate PC knowledge and skills; experience in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email required.
