As a Test Proctor in the Center for Educational Enhancement, you will play an important part in supporting student success by helping ensure a fair, secure, and accommodating testing environment. What you’ll do:
- Proctors exams and ensures exam integrity is maintained and students are receiving the correct accommodations.
- Adhere to multiple testing protocols dependent on the program in which a student is enrolled and which accommodations a student receives. This includes verifying student identity, following rules for allowable items, or allowing appropriate breaks.
- Collaborate with other testing officials about details of exams when needed, as well as planning the use of Academic Support testing rooms.
- Assist with preparation of daily testing instructions and materials.
- Ability to create, save, and use files in Adobe PDF, and Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel.
- Performs other job related duties and special projects as assigned.
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s degree in education, social work, or related field preferred.
- Dependability and punctuality is needed.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills while consistently maintaining a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
