Des Moines University is seeking candidates for this outstanding part time opportunity who enjoy a fast paced environment and possess the ability to multi-task. The Patient Services Representative provides support to the Foot & Ankle clinic by scheduling appointments, registering patients, gathering necessary insurance information, screening phone calls and taking messages.

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.  
  • Prior front office work experience in a medical or dental office preferred.
  • Experience with third-party payer regulations.
